Polly and I were discussing the opening of the Interstate 10 and Hwy 99 ramps, and she thought she heard on the news that Hwy 99 would become a toll road. So I looked on grandpkw.com and found out that it is possible that the ramp that leads to Hwy 59, might in the future, become a toll road.
